People ask for a table, a chair or a room on your own site. It lands as pending with their name, the date and what they wrote; you confirm or decline; they are emailed either way. No app in the middle, no commission on a customer who found you themselves.

Spaces
A table, a chair, a room. Each one is a space, and every request says which.
A café has one space. A salon has one per stylist, or one for the whole floor. A venue has one per room. Every request names which, so a photographer asking about the Studio is one glance from the wedding pile in the single inbox you answer from.
Switch a space off for the season and its form disappears from the site; the history stays.
The inbox
Confirm, decline, and the email writes itself.
Every request sits as pending until you answer. Confirm and they get the confirmation; decline and they get a polite no. You never write either, and it goes in English or Arabic, whichever they asked in.
Each one records who answered and when, which settles the argument the day two people each think the other replied.
Why it is switched on for you
It opens a door on your site. So we open it for you, not for everyone.
Bookings accepts writes from the public internet. That is the whole point of it, and also why it is not a switch on a checkout page: it is turned on per account, during setup, for sites that need it, rather than left armed on every dashboard.
It lands on their record
With User accounts on, the request attaches to the person who sent it. Their sixth visit knows about the first five, and the note about quiet is still there.
Answered in their own language
The confirmation and the decline are written for you in English or Arabic, picked from the language they asked in. Two answers you never have to word.
No slot is ever marked gone
Two people can ask for the same Saturday. Helm shows you both and you choose. It is an inbox, not a calendar holding inventory.
