A quiz is a filter, not a lead magnet.
Ask the three or four things that actually predict a good client for you, decide what each answer is worth, and read the total before you commit an afternoon. Every submission is kept against the person who sent it, and lands in the Leads pipeline with its score.

Questions and weights
You decide what each answer is worth. The quiz does the arithmetic.
Multiple choice, with a points value per option. “This month” is worth more than “someday”; a budget band is worth more than “not sure”. Set the numbers once and every submission is scored the same way — by your judgement, applied consistently, at eleven at night as well as at nine in the morning.
The verdict
Three bands, and a different reply for each.
Set the thresholds. A high score can send them straight to your booking form; a low one gets a polite thank-you and a link to the FAQ. You read the number, not the essay — and the essay is still there on their record if you want it.
The score is worked out on the server and comes back with the answer, so what a respondent is shown is decided when your site is built rather than left to the browser.
Where the answers go
Switch Quizzes on and the Leads pipeline appears without being asked.
Answers with nowhere to land are half a feature. Every submission is a person in Leads with their score and their answers attached, and when they resurface in March you reopen what they said rather than starting again.
Into Leads, scored
The pipeline switches itself on when Quizzes is — or the first time a lead lands, if you were capturing them before. Every submission is a row, sorted by the number.
Onto the person
Answers are kept against whoever sent them. If they sign in, book or buy later, it all lands on the same record.
With where they came from
Every lead records its source alongside its score, so you can see which channel sends the people who score well.
