Module · Leads
Who asked, what they said, and a number that says whether to call.
Every enquiry from a quiz, or from a form wired to send them, lands here as a person, with their answers attached and a score you defined. Newest at the top, each one carrying the band your quiz put it in — so the one worth an afternoon is marked, and the one that said “how much do you charge” is marked too.
Appears on its own once you switch on quizzes, or the first enquiry arrives. Nothing to buy.
Where they come from
You never switch this on. Switching on quizzes does.
Answers with nowhere to land are half a feature. So Leads appears in the dashboard the moment quizzes is switched on for you — and if you are running a bespoke form with no quiz module at all, it appears as soon as the first enquiry arrives. Either way you never ask for it.
A quiz arrives scored on the weights you set; a wired form arrives with what they wrote. Both are the same kind of thing: a person, a moment, and what they told you.
The record
A lead is a person, not a row you archive.
An enquiry finds the person by their email address, or creates them if this is the first you have heard of them. So the answers stay attached to whoever gave them: when they come back in November — as a client this time, or with a second question — you open the same record and what they said in March is there. Nobody searches an email account.
If they later sign in, buy something or book, it all lands on that same person, because it was their record from the first enquiry onwards.
What you do with it
You read it, and the calling is still yours.
A lead is something to look at, not something to work through. There is no reply button, no note field and no park — the list tells you who asked, what they said and how they scored, and the follow-up happens in your own inbox and on your own phone.
The answers, in full
Every question with the answer they chose and what it was worth. Kept private, recorded against the consent they gave and the moment they gave it.
The score and the band
The number your weights produced, and the band it fell in. A quiz that scores by category has no single band, and then there is honestly no band to show.
The person behind it
Open the record and you are looking at them rather than at the enquiry: the same person their orders, bookings and account sit on.
How you get it
Comes on its own, once you need it
Not a thing you buy. It arrives with quizzes, or with your first enquiry, on any plan.
Leads switches itself on when quizzes is switched on, or when the first enquiry lands.
