A programme your client opens in their own account on your site, versioned, so what they are reading is what you last published. And a check-in thread between sessions that is kept, so in week nine you can see what you agreed in week two.

Programmes
Versioned, so nobody is training off last month's PDF.
Write the plan in the dashboard, publish it, and it appears in their account on your own domain. Change Thursday and publish again: v5 replaces v4 everywhere at once, and the old one is still there if you need to see what you said.
A plan belongs to one person and carries its own version history, so two clients on the same block each have their own thread of changes rather than sharing one document.
Check-ins
The thread lives on their record, not in a DM you will scroll past on Sunday.
Between sessions they write in; you answer. It is kept against the person, so a calf that was tight in week four is still on the record when the knee goes in week ten.
It records who has read what, on both sides — which is the difference between “I sent that” and “you saw that”.
Who can open it
Access comes from you, or from a system you run.
The catalogue holds the plan — what it costs, and that buying it is meant to open coaching. Opening it is a separate and deliberate step: one click on the client's record, or a call from whatever you took the money with. Both land on the same row, so “should this person see this” always has an answer.

The plan sits there with its price and how long it runs — what it costs, and what it is meant to open. The door itself is opened on their record.
Granted by you
For the client who paid by transfer or the friend you coach for free. One click on their record, and it is logged the same way.
Revoked the same way
Access ends when you say so, or when a block runs out. The programme stays in your dashboard; it leaves theirs.
