Five rows, one person — nobody reconciled anything

Signing in

On your domain, with a password they set from a link you sent.

A booking or an order made without signing in still creates the record. When they come to sign in, they ask for a link, tap it, and set a password on the record that is already theirs — so the first thirteen visits are not stranded behind an account made on the fourteenth.

After that it is an email and a password on your own domain — stored hashed, never in the clear — with a verified address and a self-serve reset if they forget it.

The record

The fourteenth visit knows about the first thirteen.

Every module writes to the same person: the booking carries her id, so does the stamp, the order, the quiz answer and the coaching plan. Nobody files anything, and nothing has to be reconciled later, because there was never a second copy to reconcile.

What the profile screen puts on one timeline today is her orders, her visits and the day she joined. The rest of the record is real and is read where it is used — the stamps on her card, the plan in Coaching, the answers in Leads. Grant or revoke access from the same screen; there are no notes and no merge.

Before you start

What this does not do, said now rather than later.

No social login

No “continue with Google”. An email address is the identity, on your domain, and the record belongs to your business rather than to a platform.

No merging, no notes

If the same person used two emails they are two records, and there is no button to join them. You can grant access, suspend and delete — that is the whole admin.

Not a CRM

The record is what the modules wrote to it. There are no pipelines, no segments and no campaigns to manage.
